Matthaus assess Madrid will help hope Ozil become the world's best players.
Former Germany captain Lothar Matthaus feel confident Mesut Ozil will receive the crown of the best players in the world in the near future.
Real Madrid midfielder and team Panzer showed an impressive performance with the club and national team. Ozil was nominated for the Ballon d'Or last year won by Lionel Messi.Matthaus the last German player who got the award in 1991. Matthaus who now handles Bulgaria Ozil sure will follow in his footsteps.
"Mesut Ozil will be the next German player who earned the world's best players," said Matthaus told Sonntag-Express.
50-year-old coach is assessed, Madrid will assist in realizing the hopes Ozil itself into the world's best players.
"Real Madrid made up of international players, and even bigger than Bayern [Munich], like the Italian Serie A when I won the award," said Matthaus.
In the same occasion, Matthaus is also hoping his contract with the Bulgarian federation as national team coach was extended, despite defeat of England and Switzerland.
"Verbally I agreed to shake hands for a contract extension. For me it was clear, the contract extended until 2013, because the two men had shaken hands with each other, "said Matthaus.
