YouTube - United States national team coach Juergen Klinsmann is looking for new players to add strength to his team. He felt that the composition has not been satisfactory at this time. German coach is being seriously studied the players who have dual nationality.
"The problem of players with dual nationality is a matter of course in every country. An example of Germany in the last 10 years. A lot of players who later chose to strengthen the German troops have finally made them good," said Klinsmann.
At least two Bundesliga players are being staked out Klinsmann. They are Daniel Williams (Hoffenheim) and Fabian Huerzeler (Bayern Munich).
Currently the U.S. team has been strengthened several dual nationality players, including Timmy Chandler and Jermaine Jones.
Klinsmann hopes this plan will bring about positive results as has been learned German. Germany do not be shy to use the player immigrants, or children of immigrants - from Turkey, Poland and Tunisia. Some even become a mainstay like Sami Khedira, Miroslav Klose and Lukas Podolski. (Reuters)
