nter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri knows his side need to end their winless streak in Friday's match away to Bologna. After a superb run of form saw them win eight matches in a row during December and January, Inter have since slipped up, and are without a victory from their last four Serie A outings.
"Our recent performances haven't been good, we suffered a couple of bad defeats, so now we need to bounce back as soon as possible," Ranieri said.
"Tomorrow we're playing against Bologna and they haven't been beaten away since the end of the winter break."
"We need to get some points and play as well as we know we can, even with the injuries that we have. We'll try and be focused, try not to concede too much and try to create chances to score."
Ranieri is aware the pressure is on, and recognises the possibility he could be sacked if Inter's poor run continues.
"Everyone here is always being tested - me included, I have a contract but I know that if things go wrong I'll be sacked, so if I want to remain here I need to give all that I have and the same is true for my players," he said.
"The players and the manager are all being tested, we're all always being tested. There's a new project, the president wants to win and do something great again, then of course there are also average seasons, and there are those who understand that and those who don't."
